Enjoy a quiet and peaceful home with a beautiful interior and large cathedral ceilings. This large, private three bedroom two bath cabin is just down the street from the lake and the perfect getaway for group trips and family gatherings. Downtown Twin Lakes is a short 5-minute drive away to local restaurants, bars, and stores. Lance Park is 5 minutes away which has swimming, fishing, using your water toys, or just enjoying the views.

Good to know

The house has three bedrooms and can sleep up to eight people. The master bedroom features a king bed and a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and share a full second bathroom. There is an additional twin bed in the unique loft area which can also be used as a hang-out space and is stocked with board games. The main living area has a Roku TV with Netflix, Youtube, and other apps. The kitchen is stocked with kitchenware and utensils. If you're looking to enjoy the outdoors, you can grill on the wraparound patio and sit outside with family and friends.

No underage alcohol consumption, illicit drugs, or parties at the residence. Any criminal violation(s) will be immediate removal from the residence. Large gatherings, pets, and additional guests in the home must have host authorization and are subject to a security deposit. Please keep noise to a minimal after 10pm. We do not want our neighbors to be disturbed by our guests. Any noise complaints from neighbors are subject to removal from the residence. Please drive carefully as children do live in the area. =) Please keep pets leashed at all times and clean up after them. Please return the property to the condition you found it in. Any messes or damages will be charged to the guests.
